The completed Project will provide access points to over 178 miles of additional bikeway networks, including the Emerald Necklace, the Blue Hills and the Boston Harbor Walk.

 

How much will the Project cost to complete?

The project will cost $16.8 Million to complete.

 

How many users currently utilize the bikeway?

The bikeway currently hosts some 10,400 riders, walkers, and runners each day.

 

How many people will be able to use the bikeway once it's complete?

The completed Project is expected to see usage more than double the current amount. Of the more than 24,000 trips that would be made on it daily, some 7,100 would be by bicycle, including 2,800 on just the TIGER funded segments.

On-road: 203 miles. Off-road: 10 miles. Cycle Track: 53 miles. Neighborways: 44 miles.

On-road: 65 miles. Off-road: 7 miles. Cycle Track: 13 miles. Neighborways: 20.6 miles.
